From the East
Hwy 24 through the Caldecott Tunnel. As you approach Downtown Oakland, take left lanes to Hwy 980. Exit at 18th St. and stay straight. Take a left turn at 5th St. Stay left and go into the Webster Tube/CA-260. CA-260 then becomes Webster St. Take a right turn onto Central Ave. Take a left onto Ballena Blvd.
