Do you offer short term leases?
Answer: YES! We offer month to month leases, 3 month leases and longer lease terms up to 13 months. Contact the office for more details.

Are we pet friendly?
Answer: YES! Residents are allowed two pets per apartment home. Ballena Village does have a breed restriction list, but does not have a weight limit. Veterinarian canine breed verification required. An additional security deposit does apply; contact the office for more details.

Do the apartment homes come with assigned parking?
Answer: Yes! All apartment homes come with one assigned parking space.

Do your apartments come with a washer and dryer?
Answer: No, we have laundry facilities conveniently located throughout the community.

Does your apartments have refrigerators?
Answer: Yes! Refrigerators come in every apartment.

What utilities are residents responsible for?
Answer: Residents are responsible for all utilities except gas, Alameda Power and Telecom (electric service), American Utility Management (water, trash and sewer is billed monthly), Comcast Cable (offers DSL & phone service) and SBC/AT&T (offers phone and internet service)

Does the leasing office accept packages for Ballena Village Residents?
Answer: Yes!

Where do residents walk their dogs?
Answer: Many residents enjoy walking their dogs to Crab Cove or the Local Dog Park located three blocks away.

Do the apartments come with storage?
Answer: Storage rooms are available for rental.

Do the apartments come with a dishwasher?
Answer: Yes!

Do you provide rental furniture?
